PokerNotice ("PokerNotice," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Trevor Rosenberg.
By using PokerNotice, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create a PokerNotice account, we may collect your first and last name, nickname or display name, email address, mobile telephone number, account identifiers, and authentication information necessary to create and secure your account.
Passwords are handled through our authentication infrastructure and are not intended to be stored by PokerNotice as readable plain-text passwords.
Club and PokerNotice Activity
When you use PokerNotice, we may process information relating to your use of participating poker clubs and PokerNotice features, including clubs you have joined, club membership information, waitlist participation, seat offers and related waitlist activity, tournament registrations and participation, tournament table and seating information, and other activity necessary to provide PokerNotice club, game, waitlist, and tournament functionality.
Notification Information
If you enable push notifications, PokerNotice may collect and store a device push notification token associated with your account or device. We use this information to deliver seat offers, waitlist updates, tournament updates, club-related notifications, and important account or service notifications.
If SMS notifications are offered and enabled, we may use your telephone number and notification preferences to provide permitted text-message notifications.
Device and Technical Information
Certain technical information may be processed automatically as necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services. Depending on the service involved, this may include device and operating-system information, application version, network and request information, IP address, error and diagnostic information, and security and authentication information.
We do not use this information to determine your precise physical location unless a PokerNotice feature expressly requests location access and you choose to grant that permission.

3. Clubs and Your Information
PokerNotice allows users to interact with independently operated poker clubs.
When you join a club, certain information associated with your PokerNotice account may be made available to that club as necessary to provide membership, waitlist, game, tournament, and related functionality. This may include your display name, membership status, participation information, and other information reasonably required for the club to provide services to you.
PokerNotice does not provide clubs with unrestricted access to the membership information of other clubs.
A club's independent handling of information outside PokerNotice may be subject to that club's own policies and practices.
4. Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate portions of PokerNotice. These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their respective services.
Supabase
PokerNotice uses Supabase infrastructure for services including authentication and related backend functionality. Information necessary to authenticate users and operate these services may therefore be processed through Supabase.
Expo
PokerNotice uses Expo technology for application infrastructure and push notifications. If you enable push notifications, an Expo push token may be processed and stored to enable notification delivery. Notification content may also be processed as necessary to transmit the notification to the applicable device notification service.
Google and Firebase
On Android devices, push notifications may use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) as part of the notification-delivery process. Information necessary to route a notification to your device may therefore be processed by Google as part of that service.
We may add, replace, or change infrastructure and service providers as PokerNotice develops. Where those changes materially affect our privacy practices, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
5. Sharing of Information
We may disclose information:
- To a poker club you have joined when necessary to provide club-related functionality
- To service providers acting on our behalf
- When you direct or authorize us to disclose information
- When reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our terms
- When required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request
- In connection with a business reorganization, financing, acquisition, sale, merger, or transfer of PokerNotice, subject to applicable law
We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain your PokerNotice account, provide the Services, maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy applicable legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably required for these purposes, we may delete or anonymize it.
If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account except where information must reasonably be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or another lawful purpose.
7. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your PokerNotice account and associated personal information through the deletion functionality provided within PokerNotice or through our external account-deletion process.
You may also contact support@pokernotice.com with the subject "PokerNotice Account Deletion Request."
We may need to verify that you are the owner of the account before completing a deletion request.
Deleting your PokerNotice account is intended to permanently remove or anonymize personal information associated with the account, except information we are legally permitted or required to retain.

Push notifications are optional. You may enable or disable push notifications through available PokerNotice settings or your device's operating-system settings.
Where SMS notification controls are available, you may use those controls to change your SMS notification preferences.
Disabling optional notifications does not prevent us from providing communications that may be reasonably necessary for account security, account administration, or responding to a request you initiate.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
10. International Processing
Some of the service providers used by PokerNotice may process or store information outside your province, territory, or country, including in the United States.
As a result, personal information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is processed and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies, or governmental authorities in accordance with applicable law.
11. Children's Privacy
PokerNotice is not intended for children. Users must satisfy any minimum-age requirements applicable to the Services and to activities offered by participating clubs.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through PokerNotice. If you believe a child has provided personal information to PokerNotice improperly, contact us at support@pokernotice.com.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of personal information, information about how personal information is used or disclosed, and withdrawal of certain consent where processing depends upon consent.
These rights may be subject to exceptions provided by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
To make a privacy request, contact support@pokernotice.com.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as PokerNotice develops, our practices change, service providers change, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will display a revised "Last Updated" date.
If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.
14. Change of Ownership
PokerNotice may in the future be transferred to or operated by a corporation or other legal entity.
If ownership or operation of PokerNotice changes, information associated with the Services may be transferred to the successor operator as part of that transaction, subject to applicable privacy law. This Privacy Policy will be updated to identify the new operator where appropriate.
