You can request permanent deletion of your PokerNotice account and associated personal information.

To request deletion, send an email from the email address associated with your PokerNotice account to:

What will be deleted?
When your deletion request is completed, PokerNotice will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, subject to information that we are legally permitted or required to retain.
- Your PokerNotice account and profile information
- Your contact information associated with the account
- Your club membership associations
- Push notification tokens associated with your account
- Personal participation information that is no longer required for a legitimate retention purpose
Information that may be retained
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally permitted for purposes such as security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of applicable agreements.
Information retained for these purposes will not be used for unrelated purposes.
